Nor Cal Tax began as a small, family-owned business with one goal: to make professional tax help feel approachable. Steve Savell started the firm more than two decades ago, and today, he works alongside his wife Kelly and niece Andrea, continuing a legacy of personalized service that’s been passed down—and forward—to new generations of clients.
